$400 million nonprofit acute-care hospital. Groundbreaking early 2026, public opening early 2028. Partnership includes City of Sherman, Grayson County, local banks, tribal nations, WNJ Health Foundation.
West-side hospital node. Creates a three-campus metro. 909 sits on the east/Town Center side — complementary, not competing for the same frontage.
Town Center already has a freestanding ER and a Baylor urgent care. That is proof of medical gravity — not a reason to avoid the street. It is a reason to bring the next layer: scheduled specialists, diagnostics, and occupational medicine.
